Built for the advisor whose best clients keep asking about real estate.
An invitation-only circle for a limited group of advisors. Repsie is Utah's attorney-led real estate tax strategy platform. We equip your practice with education, tools, and expert access. No commissions. No referral fees. Just resources that make you more valuable to the clients you already have.
Preferred credentials: RIA, CFP®, Series 65, wealth manager, or fee-only planner. Not required. We welcome IARs, insurance-licensed planners, and IBD reps who add real estate tax strategy as a client value-add.
Five value-adds. Zero comp.
The Circle is deliberately structured as an educational and operational partnership, not a paid referral network. That keeps it clean under every regulatory framework we've reviewed, whether fee-only, dual-registered, wirehouse, or independent.
Client-facing education library
Repsie's tax strategy videos, one-pagers, and explainers, co-brandable with your firm's logo for use in client meetings and quarterly reviews.
Complimentary qualification review
Send a curious client for a free property-and-profile review. We tell you both whether the strategy is a fit, no obligation on either side.
Quarterly attorney-led briefings
Live sessions with our attorney on the year's tax strategy landscape. Where the law is moving, what the IRS is signaling, what to watch. Slides and recordings you can share internally.
Priority intake for your clients
Advisor-referred clients skip the general intake queue and get scheduled directly with our strategy team. Same standard of work, faster access.
Advisor directory (Q4 2026)
Once the Circle reaches 25+ vetted advisors, we'll list members in a searchable directory for clients seeking a tax-strategy-aware advisor in their state.
A workflow that respects your fiduciary duty.
Introduction
You request an invitation. We book a 30-minute call to understand your practice, your typical client profile, and where real estate tax strategy might fit for them.
Onboarding
We share the education library, add you to the quarterly briefing calendar, and give you a direct line for client questions. No paperwork, no exclusivity, no fees exchanged in either direction.
Client referrals (optional)
When a client is a fit, you send them for a complimentary qualification review. We coordinate with you as their advisor. Any real estate transaction and Repsie strategy engagement is between the client and Repsie directly. You stay in your fiduciary lane.
The compliance conversation, up front.
We built the Circle knowing that most of you operate under regulatory frameworks that limit outside compensation. Here's how we handle it.
Do you pay referral fees or spiffs?+
No. The Circle is explicitly non-compensatory. No fees flow to advisors for referrals. This keeps you clean under RIA fiduciary rules, wirehouse policy, and typical IBD compensation restrictions.
Is there a fee to join?+
No. Membership is free. Costs on our side are covered by our normal client engagements.
What if my compliance department wants to review the arrangement?+
We'll send them a plain-English memo describing the value-add structure and confirming there's no compensation exchanged. Most CCOs approve it in a single review cycle.
Can I white-label your content?+
Client-facing education (videos, one-pagers) can be co-branded with your firm's logo. You keep editorial control before it reaches your clients.
Does the client pay Repsie directly?+
Yes. Any strategy or real estate engagement is a direct contract between the client and Repsie. You never touch the money and never sign anything on their behalf.
What states are you licensed to serve?+
The Repsie attorney is licensed in Utah. The real estate side is Utah-based. Tax strategy work is done under attorney-client privilege for U.S. federal tax matters and coordinated with the client's own CPA in their home state.
Two minutes. Then a real conversation.
Tell us a little about your practice. We'll respond within one business day with an introductory Calendly link and, if it's a fit, next steps into the Circle.
A small circle. Serious advisors. Real work.
We're accepting a limited number of members while we get this right. If your clients are asking about real estate, we should talk.
